Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, digital and business solutions engaged Event Planet to produce the TCS Summit Asia Pacific. 350 delegates from 14 countries gathered in the Shangri-La Ballroom for an intensive summit hearing from global business leaders and distinguished executives.
The brief from the client was to create a dynamic stage set that would integrate the speaker’s presentations & camera to screen, whilst being bright and engaging for the audience.
Our 3D CAD design was imperative in ensuring that we could maximise the space, as the room is quite small and restrictive for this type of event. The ‘Honey Wall’ stage backdrop we used allowed us to create a colourful and dynamic set that could change with each of the speakers. Designing and supplying all the technical and stage set together allows us to mould all the elements together to create a seamless and coherent look.
Our good friends at Event Planet did an amazing job with the group organising a multitude of activities and events for the group over the 2 days.
