The Ponting Foundation hosted Cricket Rocks! – a very special fundraising event in aid of The Ponting Foundation and Children’s Cancer Institute Australia (CCIA).
‘Cricket Rocks’ featured Damien Leith, one of Australia’s most talented artists, performing songs from his latest album. Justice Crew got the party started with a display of dance moves that would put most gymnasts to shame! The night was jammed packed with great auction items and a huge indoor cricket area set up to give brave guests the chance at batting against some of Australia’s best cricketers.
Innovative Production Services supplied the lighting, audio, vision, staging and rigging components on the night along with CAD plans for all components of the event. The huge amount of gear we provided was completely bumped out and clear of the venue in an amazing 2 hours from the last song being played. This is testament to the fantastic full time crew that we employ who bring a whole new level of efficiency to production set-up and pack-up.
The Ponting foundation raised over $250,000 on the night and they are to be commended for their efforts on raising the much needed funds for CCIA.
