About the Event:
Creative Innovation Conference was 3 days jammed packed with amazing talks, performances, workshops, breakout sessions, a 500pax gala dinner, and sponsor activations.
The room was filled with high definition projection on our massive 24m wide borderless screen, and 2 flanking 4.8m screens with a combined pixel width of over 10,000 pixels. The enormous screen surface allowed us to have a combination of cameras and presentations, along with plenty of screen space for large background images to provide a changing backdrop to the stage and set the tone for each of the talks.
The audio and lighting system we installed ensured that the conference was as dynamic as possible and enhanced the various performances and talks to keep the audience engaged for the 3 days. It is very important with such a long conference that we have the ability to constantly change the look and feel of the room.
